By agreeing to join helloPay’s Loyalty Program, you will be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions stated below.
I hereby apply to be a member of helloPay’s Loyalty Program and the information I provide to the HelloPay Loyalty Program will namely enable helloPay to:
I. The helloPay loyalty program is intended for use with HELLOPAY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD by Users who register online in Singapore only. The helloPay loyalty program allows you to accumulate helloPay Loyalty Program points (“Points”), based on purchases you make at helloPay merchants or through running campaigns.
II. Points can be obtained from helloPay designated merchants in Singapore. The merchants can be:
III. The value of the Loyalty Points is 1 (one) point earned = 1 (one) Singapore Dollar that can be spent at a designated Singaporean merchant.
IV. helloPay reserves the right to delete accumulated Points from User accounts after an inactive period of 18 (eighteen) months without any prior notification to the User.
V. Your application will not be accepted for approval if the information provided is incomplete and/or illegible, thereby rendering it unusable.
VI. In case your helloPay account has been compromised, please approach the User support as soon as possible within operating hours to report the issue.
VII. Subject to clause IX below, Points entitle you to purchase products available for sale at the designated merchants, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions or running marketing campaign. To qualify for the purchase using Points, you must have a positive helloPay point balance. There is no limit to the number of times you may use your Points in a day.
VIII. Points can be used by you as sole payment funds as well. Points accumulated by you cannot be transferred to any other helloPay User nor exchanged for cash.
IX. Points are personal and non-transferable.
X. You may check your Points accumulated by you by logging in into your helloPay account.
XI. helloPay reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the helloPay Loyalty Program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, helloPay will notify its User’s via email or SMS, as well as communicate this on our website. Users will not receive any compensation from helloPay in the event of modification or suspension of the helloPay Loyalty Program.
XII. Users who require helloPay to delete the User's data from helloPay’s database will forthwith lose any and all Points accumulated by the User in that database and/or linked to his or her helloPay Loyalty account. The data of the User will be deleted afterwards from the helloPay database.

XIV. helloPay shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the helloPay Loyalty Program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.
XV. helloPay shall not be liable or responsible for any fraud or unsuccessful transactions made using Points.
XVI. helloPay may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page without giving its Users prior notice. Users are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes helloPay has made. Users understand and agree that any use of the helloPay Loyalty Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.
I. helloPay collects data from and about its Users who join the helloPay Loyalty Program solely for the following purposes:

In this context, helloPay may also transfer such data outside the territory of Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Privacy Act, for the purposes mentioned in clause I. above, only to:
III. Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data submitted to helloPay and helloPay does not guarantee the accuracy of data collected by helloPay from its Users. Users who wish to scrutinize, amend or delete data relating to him or her, may do so by logging in to their helloPay accounts.

VI. helloPay reserves the right to delete completely specific Users' data from helloPay’s database in the event that the said Users' Usership in helloPay’s Loyalty Program is terminated and/or the said Users' Points are terminated for any reason whatsoever. helloPay reserves the right to delete all Users' data in its database in the event that the helloPay Loyalty Program is terminated for any reason whatsoever.
VII. Users have the right to request for the amendment or deletion of his/her data provided to helloPay.
I. helloPay reserves the right to replace Points with any other reward of similar value as determined by helloPay.
II. helloPay shall be entitled to treat all instructions, whether oral, in writing or electronic, relating to Points or the use or redemption of Points, which are purportedly given to the helloPay by the User to whom the Points are awarded as the instructions of such User and to act in accordance with such instructions.
III. helloPay’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the helloPay Loyalty Program shall be final and binding on all Users.
IV. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the helloPay Loyalty Program, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
V. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all Users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
VI. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Cap 53B to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions.
VII. helloPay shall not be liable if it is unable to perform its obligation under these Terms & Conditions, due directly or indirectly to the failure of any machines or communication system, industrial disputes, wars, Act of God, or anything outside the alert of helloPay or its servants and/or employees.
