There are many reasons for why this happened: Is your shipping address correct? Have you received any messages from us regarding your account? Did you verify your payment? Have you reached your transaction limit?

Once the refund is requested, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account or credit card statement. You will receive a message as soon as the refund is completed. helloPay reserves the right to charge a fixed fee per refund to the merchant, but it will always be free for you.
